Sigh -- I haven't posted in forever again. I didn't even post about the election. Part of that is that I have nothing more to say about the election, because I was so frigging relieved and overjoyed and I celebrated and wanted to hug everybody I saw on the street and basically walked around all disbelieving and blissed out for a few days, but everybody and their hamster has been posting about the election and I haven't had anything more to add, really. Thank God, is what I would like to add, and that's about it. Except for Prop 8 and its ilk, which can bite my heterosexual ass, and that's another story, but that's for another time.
ANYWAY. Couldn't resist posting this: it's my old pal Boston.com.

WHERE did you get the idea that roads, skies will be less crowded over Thanksgiving? THINK AGAIN, PAL!
Happy ThanksG, everybody. And my oh my, am I thankful this year.
P.S. Spoiler alert: I'm up to late October in
Newsweek and
The New Yorker, and they are starting to be fairly confident that Obama is going to take this thing.
